GRILLED PORTOBELLO CHICKEN BURGER // IN THE KITCHEN WITH AUBREY NICCOLI

I don't know about you, but I crave a good burger at least once a week! The wonderful Aubrey Niccoli is back in the kitchen showing us an amazing chicken burger recipe! No need to settle for fast food burgers when you can have a much healthier and much yummier Grilled Portobello Chicken Burger that you can make right at home! Check out the recipe below!
Ingredients:
4 Portobello caps, grilled 2 chicken breast, grilled ½ c. arugula 1 tomato, sliced ½ avocado, sliced 3 pieces bacon Avocado oil Sea salt & cracked pepper Hot Sauce
Directions: Prep all your ingredients by cleaning and slicing them first. Season chicken with sea salt and pepper or any seasoning you prefer. Drizzle with oil and grill or brown in a sauté pan on medium high heat. Cook for 3-4 minutes per side. While you are grilling the chicken drizzle mushrooms with olive oil and season with a sprinkling of sea salt. Grill a minute on each side and set aside. When the chicken is fully cooked to 165 degrees, set aside to rest a moment while you build your burger. Start with the mushroom and top it with chicken followed by bacon, arugula and avocado. Top with the other mushroom cap and serve.
